1. What this site is

Pahrump AC Repair is a free referral service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed local HVAC contractors. We are not an HVAC contractor. We are not a party to any agreement you enter with a contractor, we do not perform HVAC work, and we do not warrant any contractor's work. Using this site or the referral service means you accept these terms.

2. The referral service

When you submit a quote request or call our tracked number, we forward your request to one or more independent, licensed Nevada HVAC contractors serving the Pahrump area. Contractors may pay us referral fees. The service is free to homeowners, and referral fees do not change contractor pricing.

We screen referred contractors for active Nevada State Contractors Board licensing and insurance at the time of onboarding and periodically thereafter — but you remain responsible for your own hiring decision. Verify any contractor's license at nvcontractorsboard.com, get written quotes, and use the vetting checklists we publish.

3. Content is information, not professional advice

Cost ranges, guides, and checklists on this site are researched estimates for general information. They are not quotes, engineering advice, or a substitute for an on-site diagnosis by a licensed professional. Prices in your specific situation may differ. Tax and rebate information reflects our understanding at the "updated" date on each page and can change — confirm with a tax professional or the program administrator.

4. Acceptable use

Don't submit false quote requests, scrape or republish site content at scale, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service to anyone abusing the referral system.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and referral service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, or any work performed by a referred contractor — including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to $100.

Your agreement for any HVAC work is solely between you and the contractor you hire.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (text, guides, design) belongs to Pahrump AC Repair. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution; wholesale reproduction requires permission.

7. Governing law & changes
